CRN, Charles Raphael

CRN, Charles Raphael (PhD) is a Senior lecturer, researcher, and consultant in business management, linguistics, literature, and education management with more than 20 years of working experience in TVET. He is registered as a technical and vocational teacher by the Tanzania National Council of Technical and Vocational Training and Education (NACTVET). He attended more than 30 International Conferences for presentation, moderation and as a panelist. He has run more than 35 short courses and professional trainings on TVET managerial and leadership skills, performance management, project management, monitoring and evaluation. He has published more than 20 articles in learned international journals. He is a reviewer, editor, interpreter and translator. He is very experienced in organizing, coordinating and directing various events and programmes. He currently works with Tengeru Institute of Technology after several years of dedication in TVET while working with Arusha Technical College, Mbeya University of Science and Technology and co-working with NACTVET as a designer, developer, reviewer and training of various TVET course programmes. He is currently pursuing a training for certification in project management, monitoring and evaluation particularly for TVET projects. His current area of research interest is Gender and Inclusion in TVET, TVET and Green Economy.
